Federal Contribution Limits |
| 2009 |
- The Voluntary Pre-Tax Contribution limit is $16,500. You may contribute 100% of
your wages up to the limit of $16,500.
- Participants who attain age 50 during 2009 may contribute an additional $5,500 of Voluntary Pre-Tax
Contributions to a limit of $22,000.
- Total Contributions into the Plan from all sources (EXCLUDING Rollovers) may not exceed $49,000.

- The Voluntary Pre-Tax Contribution limit is $15,500. You may contribute 100% of
your wages up to the limit of $15,500.
- Participants who attain age 50 during 2008 may contribute an additional $5,000 of Voluntary Pre-Tax
Contributions to a limit of $20,500.
- Total Contributions into the Plan from all sources (EXCLUDING Rollovers) may not exceed $46,000.
