Federal Contribution Limits

2009

  • The Voluntary Pre-Tax Contribution limit is $16,500. You may contribute 100% of your wages up to the limit of $16,500.

  • Participants who attain age 50 during 2009 may contribute an additional $5,500 of Voluntary Pre-Tax Contributions to a limit of $22,000.

  • Total Contributions into the Plan from all sources (EXCLUDING Rollovers) may not exceed $49,000.

2008

  • The Voluntary Pre-Tax Contribution limit is $15,500. You may contribute 100% of your wages up to the limit of $15,500.

  • Participants who attain age 50 during 2008 may contribute an additional $5,000 of Voluntary Pre-Tax Contributions to a limit of $20,500.

  • Total Contributions into the Plan from all sources (EXCLUDING Rollovers) may not exceed $46,000.

2007

  • The Voluntary Pre-Tax Contribution limit is $15,500. You may contribute 100% of your wages up to the limit of $15,500.

  • Participants who attain age 50 during 2007 may contribute an additional $5,000 of Voluntary Pre-Tax Contributions to a limit of $20,500.

  • Total Contributions into the Plan from all sources (EXCLUDING Rollovers) may not exceed $45,000.

2006
  • The Voluntary Pre-Tax Contribution limit is $15,000. You may contribute 100% of your wages up to the limit of $15,000.

  • Participants who attain age 50 during 2006 may contribute an additional $5,000 of Voluntary Pre-Tax Contributions to a limit of $20,000.

  • Total Contributions into the Plan from all sources (EXCLUDING Rollovers) may not exceed $44,000.
